Epidemiology
Quantitative detection of HBV-RNA levels in serum can better monitor the level of HBV cccDNA in hepatocytes, and at the same time avoid causing greater damage to patients. It is of great significance for the auxiliary diagnosis of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection and the efficacy monitoring and drug withdrawal prediction of NAs antiviral therapy in CHB patients.

| Specificity | The interference test results show that there is no effects on the determination of HBV RNA when the concentration of bilirubin in the serum is not more than 168.2μmol/mL, the concentration of hemoglobin produced by hemolysis is not more than 130g/L, and the concentration of blood lipids is not more than 65mmol/mL; there is no effects on the determination of HBV RNA when the total IgG concentration in serum is not more than 5mg/mL. The cross-reactivity test results show that there is no cross reactions between this kit and other viruses or bacteria detected by nucleic acid in blood samples (hepatitis C virus, human cytomegalovirus, epstein-barr virus, human immunodeficiency virus, hepatitis A virus, syphilis, human herpes virus type 6, herpes simplex virus type 1, herpes simplex virus type 2, influenza A virus, propionibacterium acnes, staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans) and the human genomes; after patients take lamivudine, telbivudine, adefovir dipivoxil and entecavir, when the viral load of hepatitis B in the body is above the minimum LoD of the kit, the kit can still be effectively detected. |
