Epidemiology
Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) is the smallest prokaryotic microorganism that can live independently between bacteria and viruses, and is also a pathogenic microorganism that is prone to genital and urinary tract infections. For men, it can cause prostatitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis, etc. For women, it can cause inflammatory reactions in the reproductive tract such as vaginitis, cervicitis, and pelvic inflammatory disease. It is one of the pathogens that cause infertility and abortion.

Work Flow
Option 1.
Macro & Micro-Test Sample Release Reagent(HWTS-3005-7). The extraction should be strictly conducted according to the instructions.
Option 2.
Macro & Micro-Test Viral DNA/RNA Kit( HWTS-3001, HWTS-3004-32, HWTS-3004-48) and Macro & Micro-Test Automatic Nucleic Acid Extractor (HWTS-3006). The extraction sample volume is 200 μL. The recommended elution volume should be 80 μL.
