Intended use
This kit is applicable to in vitro qualitative detection of polymorphism of CYP2C9*3 (rs1057910, 1075A>C) and VKORC1 (rs9923231, -1639G>A) in the genomic DNA of human whole blood samples.
Test results of this product only represent the test results in human CYP2C9*3 and VKORC1(-1639g >A), providing a reference for clinicians to individuate drug administration. The test results are for clinical reference only and should not be used as the sole basis for a decision whether a patient can take the drug or not. Clinicians should make a comprehensive judgment on the test results of the product based on patient’s condition, clinical efficacy and other laboratory test indexes.
