[Intended Use]

This kit is intended to in vitro qualitative detection of novel coronavirus (SARS- CoV-2) in nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swab samples. RNA from SARS-CoV-2 is generally detectable in respiratory specimens during the acute phase of infection or asymptomatic people. It can be used further qualitative detection and differentiation of Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta and Omicron. 

The novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) was discovered in Wuhan, China in December 2019, and has spread on a large scale around the world. In the process of dissemination, new mutations constantly occur, resulting in new variants. This product is mainly used for the auxiliary detection and differentiation of cases related to infection after the large-scale spread of Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta and Omicron mutant strains since December 2020. To carry out the nucleic acid detection of the new coronavirus, biosafety work should be done well.

[Storage Condition and Shelf-life]

The kit should stored below -18℃ protected from light. The shelf-life is 9 months.

The number of repeated freezing and thawing should not be more than 4 cycles.

After the kit is opened, please use it up within 3 months.

The kit can be stored stably for 7 days when transported protected from light below -18°C.
